When is the entry deadline?
The entry deadline was 5.00pm GMT on Friday 29th March 2013. We are no longer accepting entries

Can I edit my entry?
No. Entries cannot be edited after the point of 'submission'; all submissions must be made by the entry deadline.

What is the eligibility period for entries?
The eligibility period runs from January 1st 2011 – December 31st 2012 inclusive.

Who can be my sponsor?
A entrant’s sponsor needs to be a senior colleague who has thorough knowledge of the work done by the entrant and is willing to support their entry by answering a few questions as part of the entry.

Where can I check for new developments?
We will continuously update the www.changeambassadors.com website. You can also check #changeambassadors on Twitter for any exciting new developments, such as newly confirmed judges on our panel.

What should I enter?
All questions on the entry form must be answered.

Can I enter the same project into more than one category?
No. Please see the rules of entry for more details.

Can I save my unfinished entry and come back to it later?
No. Please note that there is no option to save and return to an unfinished entry, therefore please ensure you have written all of your answers prior to making your entry online. We recommend you print off the entry template and prepare your answers before completing the online entry.

What is your policy on commercial confidence?
For the purposes of judging, all information provided will be treated in the strictest of confidence, please see the rules of entry for more details. Remember that the judging will be done solely on the basis of the entry form, so please ensure all questions are answered.

When is the judging taking place?
The judging will take place during April 2013.

When is the shortlist released?
The shortlist will be announced on the website early in April 2013. All entrants will be contacted at this time to update them on the status of their entry.

When is the Awards Ceremony?
The Awards Ceremony will take place on the evening of Thursday May 16th 2013. Entrants should ensure they keep this evening free; all those selected for the shortlist will be invited to attend.

What is the dress code for the Awards Ceremony?
Black tie.

What are the timings of the Awards Ceremony?
The Award Ceremony is an evening event. Exact timings will be confirmed to those who make the shortlist nearer to the date of the event.
